Chroeb is a farmer with big ideas. She also buys recycled items for reselling. Her farming business demanded time before it would generate income. She lacked money to buy fertilizer. This was an obstacle for her to start her business trading recycled items. Because of this World Vision loan, she has enough cash to allocate for both of her businesses.
In the future, she would like to raise piglets and to expand her cultivation land. She wants to expand her recycle trading business as well.
Chroeb has one child. Her family is her motivation to work hard and provide a better quality of life.
The Agriculture business sector covers all farming and livestock activities. Some entrepreneurs request loans to help in securing supplies and equipment. Others want to buy more animals to breed or purchase feed and medicines. The majority of our loan clients live in rural communities where agriculture is already understood as a business model. It is for this reason that approximately 50% of our loans are in the agricultural sector.
