Regina helps to earn a living for her family by operating a small convenience store. She has been unable to keep her store fully stocked due to a lack of investment capital. Her business is only marginally sustainable because she is unable to expand it. Her goal is to fully stock her store in order to attract more customers and increase her profits.
Regina is requesting a loan from World Vision in order to stock her store with rice, sugar, corn meal, cooking oil and flour. With the additional income she will earn from this improvement, she will be able to improve living conditions for her family and support the education of her six children. In the future, Regina plans to continue to invest in her business and to eventually operate a larger wholesale store.
