Yeshidinber is a farmer with six children. He grew up in a rural area and knows how to make a living and a profit from agriculture and animal husbandry. He currently has a small plot of land suitable for raising sheep. He would like to expand his sheep raising business by buying more sheep, for which he is requesting a loan.
Yeshidinber appreciates the loan and knows that he can use it effectively. His goal is to increase his income enough to improve his standard of living and to send his children to a good school. In the long term, he wishes to buy some more hybridized cows to supply the community with milk and milk products.
The Agriculture business sector covers all farming and livestock activities. Some entrepreneurs request loans to help in securing supplies and equipment. Others want to buy more animals to breed or purchase feed and medicines. The majority of our loan clients live in rural communities where agriculture is already understood as a business model. It is for this reason that approximately 50% of our loans are in the agricultural sector.
